Zusammenfassung: | Pharmaceutically active aluminium compounds are obtained by reacting aluminium alkoxides with at least one pharmacologically active substance containing at least one hydroxyl carboxylic acid, phenolic, imido or keto-enolic group and with at least one substance containing a hydrolysis-limiting group selected from oleic acid, stearic acid, oleyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, ceto stearyl alcohol, castor oil and benzoic acid, so as to obtain a monomeric reaction product. As pharmacologically active substances there may be used tribromoethanol, trichloro-t-butanol, methyl pentynol, chloral hydrate, benzyl alcohol, 3-(2-methylphenoxy) - propane - 1,2 - diol, glycerol, ethanolamine, salicylic acid and its esters, acetyl salicylic acid, p-amino-salicylic acid, barbituric acid, saccharin, ascorbic acid, gluconic acid, glucose, sorbitol, sucrose, maltose, raffinose, lactose, testosterone, androsterone, hexoestral, triphenylchlorethylene, progesterone, prednisolone, ephedrine, adrenaline, penicillin, aureomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline hydrochloride, oxytetracycline hydrochloride, erythromycin, thymol, hexyl resorcinol, phenophthalein, aloe-emodin, stilboestrol, bis-hydroxy coumarin, mandelic acid, benzoic acid, lactic acid, chaulmoogric acid, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, phenacetin or acetanilide. |
