Zusammenfassung:	Interrupting certain behaviours of a device user, by presenting (306) the user with a notification on the device when it is determined (302) that a behaviour is occurring or is going to occur. The behaviours to be interrupted include unconscious and/or compulsive behaviours such as face touching, hair pulling, skin picking, cheek biting, lip biting and nail biting. The notification relates to information that is available to the device, and is scheduled in a queue for presentation to the user in the future. Information that is available to the device may include summaries of, for example, today's news, the user's weekly health related activity, and recent events in a network game, and also recommendations, special offers, and tips. It can be determined (304) whether there is information available to be presented in the future by querying a local service, such as a background application, or by querying a remote service, such as a cloud service. In the situation that there is no information available to be presented, it may be requested (308) that suitable information be produced by the local service.
