Zusammenfassung:A system for orienting a tubing hanger assembly in a wellhead assembly 12 includes a landing assembly 26 having a tubing hanger 30 and an orientation means with extendable means 48 for engaging with an interior surface of the wellhead assembly, a control means having a motor 50 and a drive part 52 which is configured to rotate the tubing hangers relative to the wellhead when the extendable means are engaged with the wellhead. The system may have a soft landing system operable to allow tubing hanger downward movement through a travel distance after engagement with the wellhead between an initial landing position and a final landing position, such as by a spring carrier (fig. 9, 109)
