Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the technical field of down feather sorting, and disclosed is a feather sorting machine for down processing. The machine comprises a machine body. Partition plates are arranged inside of the machine body. Two groups of partition plates are provided, and divide the interior of the machine body into three cavities, which are a first cavity, a second cavity, and a third cavity, respectively. In the present invention, feathers that need to be sorted by the feather sorting machine are dried by means of a drying fan, such that the feathers become light, thereby facilitating subsequent sorting. The feathers in the first cavity are stirred by means of a rotating shaft and a stirring rod, such that various types of feathers thereof are dispersed. In one aspect, the drying efficiency thereof is improved. In another aspect, after dispersion, preparation is carried out for the next step of sorting to improve the sorting efficiency thereof. After drying is completed, an exhaust fan sucks air from the interior of the machine body to generate negative pressure. Screened feathers stirred by the stirring rod enter the second cavity from the first cavity by means of a filter screen under the action of the negative pressure. Similarly, the screened feathers in the second cavity enter the third cavity, completing layer-by-layer screening for accurate sorting.
