Zusammenfassung:Provided are a method and a system for quickly restoring bearing capacity of a large-diameter steel cylinder or caisson 1. When the caisson is vibrated and lowered to a design depth through a linkage hammer, water around the caisson is pumped out in vertical layers and at a plurality of points in a circumferential direction thereof. A blocking device or ring may be located around the caisson to isolate the different levels.
