Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present disclosure is to achieve high-speed control of active power of distributed power sources in a distributed-power-source control system. A central processing unit (5) includes: a response computation unit (55) that simulates responses of a transmission and distribution system (1) when disturbances occur; and a frequency-change-rate control parameter computation unit (56) that calculates, from the simulation results of the response computation unit (55), a correspondence relationship between the frequency change rate in the transmission and distribution system and active power that should be output to the transmission and distribution system (1) from distributed power sources (7) so as to serve as a frequency-change-rate control parameter. Each distributed-power-source control device (6) includes: a frequency-change-rate measurement unit (604) that measures the frequency change rate on the local end; a frequency-change-rate control-amount computation unit (605) that sets, to the frequency-change-rate control parameter, the active power corresponding to the frequency change rate on the local end so as to serve as a frequency-change-rate control amount; and a power converter (601) that controls, on the basis of an active-power control amount determined on the basis of the frequency-change-rate control amount, the active power output to the transmission and distribution system from a distributed power source. |
