Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method of operating a User Equipment, UE, communicatively coupled to a telecommunication network, PLMN, wherein If the UE supports disabling and re-enabling of UE's Narrow Band Internet of Things, NB-IoT, capability and the UE is in NB-S1 mode and is disabling the NB-IoT capability, the UE should select E-UTRAN, or if the UE supports Cellular Internet of Things, CIoT, Evolved Packet System, EPS, optimization it selects satellite EUTRAN via "WB-E-UTRAN(LEO)", "WB-E-UTRAN(MEO)", or "WB-E-UTRAN(GEO)", of the registered PLMN or a PLMN from a list of equivalent PLMNs.
