Zusammenfassung:Manganese-doped cobaltosic oxide, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. In the preparation method therefor, manganese element is doped into cobalt carbonate in cooperation with a composite surfactant by means of a specific process, and a manganese-doped cobaltosic oxide particle product, which has a uniform particle size and is dispersive and fine, can be obtained by means of high-temperature sintering. The proportion of low-valence manganese in the doped manganese is high, and the crystal form of the sintered product is intact; and the preparation method has simple operation steps, such that industrial large-scale production can be realized.
