Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method for a low-sulfur ternary positive electrode precursor material with a high specific surface area, which belongs to the field of lithium-ion battery materials. A continuous filter with a spraying device is used for concentrating reaction materials, such that sulfur impurities can be uniformly removed in a reaction stage, the reaction environment and the production efficiency are not influenced, and no new impurities are introduced; a mother liquor is removed by means of suction filtration at a negative pressure, such that the materials can be uniformly and controllably oxidized, the specific surface area of the ternary positive electrode precursor material is uniformly increased, and lithium ions can more easily enter the interior of particles of the ternary positive electrode precursor material during sintering, thereby yielding a higher capacity; an alkali liquor used in spraying can be recycled, thereby reducing washing water, alkali consumption and wastewater discharge. |
