At least one sub-pixel comprises a pixel driving circuit connected to the scanning signal line. The pixel driving circuit at least comprises a storage capacitor (40) and a first transistor (T1) used as a first initialization transistor. The scanning signal line at least comprises a second scanning signal line (32) which controls the first transistor (T1) to be turned on or off. In at least one pixel row, the second scanning signal line (32) is arranged on the side of the storage capacitor (40) close to the boundary (BD) of the display region, the boundary (BD) of the display region being the edge of the side of the display region (100) close to the binding region (200).
