Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a polymer, a tackifier, a preparation method therefor and a drilling fluid. The polymer contains a structural unit represented by formula (1), a structural unit represented by formula (2) and a structural unit represented by formula (3), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are each independently hydrogen or C1-C10 straight or branched chain alkyl; X is a C1-C10 linear or branched alkylene group; Y is formula (4) or a C1-C10 linear or branched alkylene group; and M is hydrogen or an alkali metal, and A1, A2 and A3 are each independently a bond or a C1-C3 linear or branched alkylene group. The polymer may still maintain an excellent viscosity-increasing performance in a high-temperature and high-calcium environment.
