Zusammenfassung:	A heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of heat transfer tubes arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction with the vertical direction being the extension direction; a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger having a first header that is provided at the lower end of the plurality of heat transfer tubes, has an outlet for a refrigerant, and causes the refrigerant to be distributed or merged together, and a second header that is provided at the upper end of the plurality of heat transfer tubes, has an inlet for the refrigerant, and causes the refrigerant to be distributed or merged together; and interconnection piping connecting the outlet of the first header in the first heat exchanger and the inlet of the second header in the second heat exchanger.
