Zusammenfassung:	A system for installing a modular building pod in a building, the system comprising a modular building pod having a base, an interior and an exterior. The modular building pod further comprising two or more spaced apart brackets arranged on the exterior of the modular building pod. The system further having two or more trolleys each trolley comprising a bracket-engaging means for engaging with one of the brackets. The bracket-engaging means is engageable with the bracket in a first engagement position and a second engagement position, wherein the second engagement position is lower than the first engagement position. The trolley can lower the modular building pod into a recessed installation site.
