Display device and driving method thereof

A display panel 100 comprises a pixel P. The pixel comprises a light emitting device that emits light by a driving current flowing from a first power voltage to a second power voltage in response to a data signal. The display panel further comprises a data driver circuit 120 for supplying a data signal to a pixel through a data line DL, a gate driver circuit 130 for supplying a gate signal to the pixel through a gate line GL and outputting a light emission control signal for controlling one of a reset voltage and a first power voltage to be supplied to the light emitting device, and a timing controller 140 that controls the data driver circuit and the gate driver circuit. The pixel receives the reset voltage at least once after one data signal is transmitted and before the next data signal is transmitted. The timing controller comprises first and second frequency driving mode circuits which perform in first and second frequency driving modes. The timing controller stores information regarding a first time period and adjusts the timing of a first light emission control signal being output by the gate driver circuit based on the stored data.
