Light emitting display device

A light emitting display device includes a circuit layer including a thin film transistor (TFT) TR and an auxiliary power electrode AXE disposed on a substrate, e.g. buffer layer BUF, at least one protection layer PAS covering the circuit layer, and a contact portion CA passing through the at least one protection layer to expose a portion of the auxiliary power electrode, wherein the TFT includes an active layer, and the auxiliary power electrode is disposed on the same layer as the active layer. The active layer and auxiliary electrode may be formed of the same material.
