Zusammenfassung:A trailer towable compact telehandler 10 comprises telescopic lifting arm 14 mounted on the lifting arm side of the fore and aft centreline (30 figure 1) of the telehandler 10 within a lifting arm housing comprising sidewalls and a base wall 24_1 to 24_3, a cab 13 mounted on the cab side of the body adjacent to the lifting arm housing and a prime mover or engine 20 located on the lifting arm side of the telehandler 10 opposite the cab 13 and extending through an aperture 24_1a in a side wall 24_1 of the lifting arm housing and under the lifting arm 14. The aperture 24_1a may have a lobed profile with part of the prime mover received in the lobes (24_11 to 24_14 figure 5).
