Zusammenfassung:	An application of a reagent for knocking out or inhibiting an expression of PDHB gene (pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit beta) in preparing a product for improving the tolerance of organisms to Fusaric acid. Also disclosed is a Fusaric acid-resistant product, comprising a reagent for knocking out or inhibiting an expression of PDHB gene. A method for improving the tolerance of organisms to Fusaric acid is also disclosed. The reagent may comprise a PDHB gene knockout vector obtained using the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system.
