The U-shaped rack and placement box, with fixings, enables the test device 1 to be effectively fixed when transported. The U-shaped rack is made more stable when placed under the action of a telescopic cylinder, telescopic rod, storage slot, turning rod, rotating rod, movable slot, connecting spring, limit block, limit slot, and a clamping slot, through the role of cushioning springs and dampers, the vibration of the test device during transportation can be offset, which effectively protects it so that its internal components will not be loosened due to vibration during transportation or easily damaged.
