Mixer assembly removability arrangements for hand-held beverage dispensers

An arrangement for selective removal of a mixer assembly 105 from a hand-held beverage dispenser, e.g., bar gun/ soda gun. A handle body houses a piping system for dispensing post-mix beverages, and a toe plate 364 for dependently supporting the mixer assembly 105. Upwardly projecting mounting bosses 316 have a central orifice/ hole 319 running end-to-end therethrough and extending at the bottom end through the toe plate 364. Each orifice 319 is axially aligned with a mounting hole 130 of a mixer assembly 105 as operably supported by the toe plate 364. Releasable fasteners 315 (e.g., screws) may be provided top-to-bottom through the orifices 319 engaging the mounting holes 130 to affix the mixer assembly 105 to the toe plate 364.
