Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Disclosed in the present invention is a method for regenerating raw materials from a waste cadmium-nickel battery based on solvent extraction. The method comprises: disassembling, rinsing and shredding an industrial waste cadmium-nickel battery, and leaching same with a sulfuric acid solution; adding an oxidizing agent, adjusting the pH, and then adding a first extracting agent to obtain a first raffinate and a first organic phase; and washing the organic phase with a dilute sulfuric acid, performing reverse extraction with an oxalic acid solution to obtain an iron oxalate solution, and then sequentially extracting cadmium, cobalt and nickel. In the present invention, on the basis of a sulfuric acid leaching system, a solvent extraction technology which facilitates large-scale continuous production is adopted; valuable metals such as cadmium, cobalt and nickel are extracted from waste cadmium-nickel batteries; products such as cadmium nitrate, cobalt nitrate and nickel nitrate, which are directly used for producing raw materials of a cadmium-nickel battery, are prepared; and all the introduced sodium elements can be recycled in the form of by-product industrial-grade sodium sulfate. No new waste salt or waste residue is generated during the whole process; efficient separation and purification of all valuable metals in a waste cadmium-nickel battery are achieved; and a full life circle regeneration cycle of a cadmium-nickel battery is achieved.
