Zusammenfassung:A tool storage cabinet 302 having a flange 316 on a bottom surface, and a storage bin 100 comprising a bin portion 102, a wheel 120, a retaining portion extending upwardly from the bin portion 102, a cap (130 fig. 6) disposed on the retaining portion (128 fig. 6). The storage bin is positionable beneath the tool storage cabinet, and the cap contacts the flange 316 to restrict the storage bin 100 from being completely moved out beneath the tool storage cabinet 302. The cap may be slidable on the retaining portion, to adjust the height of the cap. The bin may include a stiffening plate. The retaining portion may be removable from the bin portion, or it may be a loop coupled to the bin portion. A handle 124 may extend from a front side of the bin portion.
