Zusammenfassung:In this data linkage system, which links information between a first, a second and a third system: the first system provides a service that is already in operation and collects and discloses behavioural data as information for providing the service; the second system acquires the behavioural data, generates, as test data, the result of a test using the behavioural data on a new technology, and discloses the test data; and the third system receives the behavioural data and the test data, assists in the determination of assessment result data, and discloses the determined assessment result data.
