Zusammenfassung:A suspension levelling system and method comprising, receiving by a control module a signal to place the vehicle in a designated mode 510. A roll angle and a pitch angle of the vehicle as parked may be assessed based on data received from a position sensor built into the vehicle 520. Signals to adjust an electronically controlled suspension of the vehicle to reduce the roll angle or the pitch angle so that the vehicle is level as parked 530 may be sent based on the assessed roll angle and pitch angle. One or more settings of the vehicle to change default operating characteristics by the vehicle while in the designated mode may be modified 540. The conditions for levelling to occur may include the vehicle being stopped, the parking brake being engaged, the vehicle being in park, the steering angle being within a prescribed limit, the vehicle being unoccupied and there being zero likelihood of a collision with an object. The settings that can be adjusted once in the designated mode can include lighting, sound, displays, HVAC, communications, security or accessories.
