Aerobic Composting Method
An aerobic composting method comprising mixing agricultural and forestry wastes having a carbon/nitrogen (C/N) of greater than or equal to 40, with a livestock and poultry breeding wastewater having a chemical oxygen demand/nitrogen (COD/N) of less than or equal to 15, in order to obtain a pile. Zusammenfassung: | An aerobic composting method comprising mixing agricultural and forestry wastes having a carbon/nitrogen (C/N) of greater than or equal to 40, with a livestock and poultry breeding wastewater having a chemical oxygen demand/nitrogen (COD/N) of less than or equal to 15, in order to obtain a pile. The pile has an initial water content of 50-70% and an initial water-soluble organic carbon/water-soluble nitrogen (WSOC/WSN or DOC/DON) value of 25, and then is subjected to aerobic composting. During composting, when the pile has a WSOC/WSH value of greater than 30, the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater is supplemented to the pile until the WSOC/WSN value returns to 25 and the water content is 50-70wt%. Preferably the agricultural and forestry wastes comprise corn stalks, corncobs or plant branches and the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater comprises flushing water and livestock and poultry urine. Preferably aerobic composting is conducted at an ambient temperature of 50-90°C and ventilation is conducted on the pile at a ventilation rate of 2-40 L/min. |
