Zusammenfassung:Provided are a hybridoma cell strain 9C1, a PLGF-1 monoclonal antibody, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The PLGF-1 monoclonal antibody is secreted by the monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain 9C1 collected in China center for type culture collection (CCTCC) on 11 September 2019 and having the collection number of CCTCC NO:C2019216. The monoclonal antibody prepared for a PLGF-1 recombinant protein has higher specificity and sensitivity to a PLGF-1 antigen, lays a foundation for functional research and development of placenta growth factors and the development of corresponding diagnostic reagents.
