Zusammenfassung:A method for nucleic acid analysis, comprises; providing a flow cell comprising first and second opposing interior surfaces, the first surface having a first plurality of nucleic acid molecules coupled thereto and the second surface having a second plurality of nucleic acid molecules coupled thereto, the nucleic acid molecules comprising an optically detectable nucleotide; wherein the first or second interior surfaces are in optical communication with an optical sensor as part of an optical system having a numerical aperture (NA) of less than 0.6 and a field of view (FOV) of greater than 2.5 mm2; and detecting an optical signal from said optically detectable nucleotide of said nucleic acid molecule with said optical sensor.
