Apparatus

The apparatus comprises a vibration member (100, fig 2) and a vibration apparatus (130, fig 2) provided at a rear surface of the vibration member to vibrate the vibration member. The vibration apparatus 130 may include one or more first piezoelectric vibration portions 131 and a plurality of second piezoelectric vibration portions 132-1, 132-2 different from the one or more first vibration portions in one or more of size, shape, material, material property, or sound output property. The one or more first vibration portions may be at a periphery of or may be adjacent to the plurality of second vibration portions (figs 3B to 12). The vibration apparatus may be used to generate sound within a vehicle by vibrating interior surfaces and interior panels of the vehicle for example window glass, displays panels (figs 13-16). The vibration apparatus may be coupled to the vibration member either adhesively or by means of a coupling plate (150, figs 8B, 10).
