Liquid-cooled battery box

A liquid-cooled battery box 100 is described. The liquid-cooled battery box includes a box 100, heat transfer sleeves 200 and batteries 300. The box 100 is provided with a liquid inlet 111 for coolant injection and a liquid outlet 112 for coolant discharge and mounting holes are arranged on the top of the box 100. The heat transfer sleeves 200 are embedded in the mounting holes and the heat transfer sleeves 200 are sealed with the mounting holes. The heat transfer sleeves 200 extend into the interior of the box 100 and each of the heat transfer sleeves 200 is used to locate one of the batteries 300 so that a heat transfer sleeve 200 is in contact with the battery 300. Deflectors may also be provided (figures 2-4, 130,140,150) located in the interior of the box 100. Temperature sensors may also be present close to both the inlet 111 and the outlet 112 of the box 100 to calculate the distribution of the temperature field in the box.
