Zusammenfassung:	A method of displaying information to a user (e.g. driver) of a vehicle using augmented reality (AR), the method comprising: processing an AR graphic for display at the display unit, the AR graphic comprising an applied spatial and temporal variation with respect to the fit to the data (e.g. to 'distort' the AR graphic or provide a 'lightning bolt' appearance) S9020; and display the AR graphic S9030. The applied spatial and temporal variation may be spatially and temporally varying with respect to the fit to the data. The spatial and temporal variation of the AR graphic may vary in dependence upon an audio signal, e.g. music played within an audio system in the vehicle. The AR graphic may comprise a first AR graphic portion and a second AR graphic portion that is smaller than the first AR portion. The spatial and temporal variations may vary between a first and second axis.
