Zusammenfassung: | A light emitting display device comprises: a substrate 100/300 including a plurality of pixels SP each having a light emitting area EA, a light extraction portion 131 including a curved portion disposed in each light emitting area EA, a light emitting device layer 150 disposed over the light extraction portion 131 and configured to emit light to a light emitting surface 100a, and a light guide portion 400 with a light refraction pattern portion on the light emitting surface 100a. The light extraction portion 131 shape may maximise light extraction efficiency by minimising light trapped in the light emitting device layer 150 by total reflection and may serve as a reflection diffraction grating. The refraction pattern may comprise recessed patterns between pairs of protrusion patterns, with the recessed patterns filled with a lower refractive index material. The refraction pattern may re-disperse the diffraction spectrum of external light reflected by concave 131a & convex 131b curved portions, thereby suppressing the generation of radial rainbow stains and reducing the degradation of black visibility characteristics. |
