Closed centrifuge apparatus and method for separating cells

The present invention relates to a closed centrifuge apparatus, comprising an integrally arranged pipe body comprising an upper portion, a central portion, and a lower portion. On the upper portion are arranged a plurality of openings having an open state and a closed state. Openings used for sealed connection with external piping comprise a first opening used as a liquid inlet and a second opening used as a liquid outlet. Further provided in the present invention is a cell separation method. The closed centrifuge apparatus of the present invention is able to, in a closed state, perform a centrifuging operation on a cell suspension, thus implementing rapid intake/output/exchange of a liquid and greatly reducing the risk of a biological sample being contaminated, while also satisfying the regulatory requirement that class III medical instrument sample processing must be completely closed.
