Zusammenfassung:The apparatus comprises a controller configured to deliver gases to a patient. The controller receives data from a patient sensor indicative of the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) of a patient and data indicative of the measured fraction of delivered oxygen (FdO2) of the gases flow. The controller determines a predicted SpO2 based at least in part upon the FdO2 data and controls the FdO2 based upon the predicted SpO2.
