Zusammenfassung:	A display positioning system 100 comprises an adapter 140 to redirect a field of view of a video capture device of a computing device 130. The system includes a stand 110 to retain the computing device and having one or more adjustable legs 122, 124 to modify the distance between the video capture device and a surface upon which the stand sits. The stand may comprise a channel 116 formed of first and second portions 112, 114; the first portion having a first retractable leg. The first portion may comprise elements to hold the leg at a retracted or extended position which may be disengaged via a release button (136, Fig 7). The positions may be changed using a spring. A position indicator (180, Fig 5A) may be detected by the video capture device via a marker slot, a second marker may indicate the type of stand. Extension markers (182 & 184, Fig 5A) may be visible in first and second respective extended positions. The video capture device may capture an activity scene which may be calibrated via the detection of visual markers so as to create a calibration profile and process captured video of tangible objects.
