Attachment device for a cellular tracker

Device 100 for attaching a cellular tracker to a strap such as a pet collar with a first unitary element 160 having an envelope to provide an elastic circumferential grip. A second unitary element 120 is joined to the first unitary element. The second unitary element has a first elongate portion 130 and a second elongate portion 150 joined by a hinge 140. There is a releasable clasp 135, 155 having three configurations: an engaged configuration where a distal end of the first elongate portion is retained relative to a distal end of the second elongate portion; a neutral position where the first and second elongate portions diverge from their proximal ends towards their distal ends, providing an opening between their distal ends; and a closed position where clasp portions 135, 155 engage to retain the distal end of the first elongate portion and the distal end of the second elongate portion to prevent return to the neutral position. The second unitary element has a coefficient of stiffness that causes it to be biased towards the neutral position.
