Zusammenfassung:A clamp 108 comprises jaws 1200, 1202, a biasing member 1218 attached to the jaws and an arresting member 1230. The biasing member enables rotation of one jaw relative to the other jaw about an axis. The arresting member is movable between a first position where rotation of one jaw is restrained relative to the other jaw about the axis and a second position where rotation of one jaw in enabled relative to the other jaw about the axis. A clamp is also disclosed which does not require the arresting member. The biasing member in this clamp is movable between a first location in which rotation of the second jaw is urged relative to the first jaw in a first rotational direction toward an opened position and a second location in which rotation of the second jaw is urged relative to the first jaw in a second rotation direction towards a closed position. An embodiment is also disclosed in which a triggering mechanism is used.
