Zusammenfassung:	An age-specific nutritional composition system for infants comprises stage A, stage B and stage C nutritional compositions for age 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12 months respectively. The compositions comprise the human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) 2'-fucosyllactose (2FL), 3'-fucosyllactose, (3FL), lacto-N-tetraose (LNT), 6'-sialyllactose (6SL) and 3'-sialyllactose (3SL). The compositions preferably comprise the amounts of HMO shown in the following table: The compositions may be synthetic compositions, and are preferably infant formulas. Use of the system(s) for providing infant nutrition, age-specific synthetic nutritional compositions having specified amounts of HMOs, a method of manufacturing age-specific nutritional compositions comprising specified HMOs, a method of providing nutrition to an infant be feeding the infant the age-specific nutritional compositions, and staged feeding regimens using the age-specific nutritional compositions are also claimed.
