Active agent-containing articles that exhibit consumer acceptable article in-use properties

Active agent-containing fibrous structures comprising one or more particles 26 and two or more fibrous plies 22, 24 with one or more active agents releasable therefrom, the plies bonded with an average inter-ply peak peel force of greater than 0.10 N to 5.00 N, with particular dimension and mass. The active agents may be effervescent, may form at least 30% of the structure, and/or may be released from the particle and/or fibrous structure when exposed to a triggering condition. The article may take less than 360 seconds to disintegrate, and/or may be provided with a coating composition may be present on the outer surface. The articles may be used for cleaning, wiping, oil containment, insect repellent, chemical or medicinal dispensation, food, deodorant, wound dressing, building insulation, crops, or bedding.
