Zusammenfassung:Bias switching of a radio frequency (RF) field effect transistors (FET, 141 142 Fig.5C) power amplifier comprising plural bias networks 115 116 connected to a gate of the FET. A power management circuit 111 that controls a voltage level of a supply voltage of the power amplifier operable in a selected supply control mode, and a bias control circuit that biases the power amplifier based on the selected supply control mode. The power management circuit is operable in multiple supply control modes, such as an average power tracking (APT) mode and an envelope tracking (ET) mode. The bias control circuit is configured to switch a bias of the power amplifier based on the supply control mode of the power management circuit. The bias control circuit may also comprise a digital to analog (DAC).
