Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system 100 and a method for facilitating processing of an event for a vehicle, comprising a call centre 120 operable to log information relating to an event into a smart contract 130 on a blockchain network, once an emergency call for the event is initiated. The smart contract communicates with stakeholders 141,142,143 connected to the blockchain network and broadcasts the information to the stakeholders. When the smart contract receives a response from at least one of the plurality of stakeholders, the smart decides a stakeholder whom the event is to be assigned to, based on the information and the response, and assigns the decided stakeholder to process the event.
