Radiation scanning and detection apparatus

A radiation scanning and detection apparatus, comprising: a radiation detection device comprising a rigid U-shaped frame, wherein the U-shaped frame comprises a transverse portion (3) and a first longitudinal portion (1) and a second longitudinal portion (2) respectively connected to left and right ends of the transverse portion (3); a travelling device disposed at the bottom of the radiation detection device, and comprising a first wheel assembly (11), a second wheel assembly (12), a third wheel assembly (13), and a fourth wheel assembly (14), wherein each wheel assembly (11, 12, 13, 14) comprises a wheel base (111, 131) and a travelling wheel (132) rotatably mounted on the wheel base (111, 131), the wheel base (111) of the first wheel assembly (11) and the wheel base of the second wheel assembly (12) are respectively fixed to front and rear ends of the first longitudinal portion (1), and the wheel base (131) of the third wheel assembly (13) and the wheel base of the fourth wheel assembly (14) are respectively rotatably connected to front and rear ends of the second longitudinal portion (2); and a balance beam (15), wherein front and rear ends thereof are respectively rotatably connected to the wheel base (131) of the third wheel assembly (13) and the wheel base of the fourth wheel assembly (14).
