Zusammenfassung: | A haircare appliance (10, Fig. 1) has a housing (14, Fig. 1) with an airflow generator 36 and a heater assembly (34, Fig. 1), the airflow generator and heater disposed within the housing. The haircare appliance has a plurality of wires (52, 54, 56, 58, Fig. 9) for providing electrical power to the airflow generator and the heater assembly, and a wire guide 150 guiding the plurality of wires within the housing. The housing has a wall 20 and an aperture 19 through which the plurality of wires extend, and the wire guide has a first portion (152, Fig. 8) extending in a direction from the aperture to the wall, and a second portion (154, Fig. 8) extending in a direction substantially parallel to the wall. The aperture may be centrally located on an end portion 18 of the housing. The first portion may be obliquely angled relative to the aperture and the wall. The transition from the first to the second portion may be curved. The wire guide may be overmoulded onto the wires and may be made of a semi-rigid material with a Shore A hardness of 40-60. The wire guide may be sealed from the airflow path. |
