Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A conversion door assembly 105 for a front cab of a railway vehicle includes a driver conversion door 200 with a first panel 210 hinged about a first vertical axis and a second panel 220 pivotally connected to the first panel 210. The driver conversion door 200 can be folded and unfolded to bring the driver conversion door from a cab configuration to a gangway configuration. A non-driver conversion door 300 has a first panel 310 hinged about a second vertical axis to bring the non-driver conversion door from a cab configuration to a gangway configuration. A driver control panel 400 is mounted on the first panel of the driver conversion door so that the driver control panel is moved together with the first panel when the driver conversion door is transferred between the cab configuration and the gangway configuration. The first panel of the driver conversion door has a panel width which is less than the width of the driver control panel so that a portion of the driver control panel extends beyond a side edge of the first panel at which the second panel 220 of the driver conversion door is pivotally connected to the first panel, wherein the second panel 220 of the driver conversion door is angled away relative to the driver control panel when the driver conversion door is in the cab configuration.
