Zusammenfassung: | A high-voltage battery for a motor vehicle comprises a coolant connection 11 of multipartite design. Preferably, the coolant connection comprises a flange 12 arranged predominantly inside the battery and having threaded sleeves 13 accessible from outside the battery. The threaded sleeves may carry securing rings 15 and the battery may have a cover wall 16, against which the securing rings support the coolant connection from the outside. Preferably, the threaded sleeves have circumferential grooves which accommodate the securing rings. The battery preferably contains a coolant line 17 that is flexible at least in sections and connected via the flange. A flat seal 18 arranged between the flange and the cover wall may also be provided. A method for producing the battery comprises placing the flange 12 against the cover wall 16 from the inside such that the threaded sleeves 13 project outward through the cover wall, and sliding the securing rings 15 onto the threaded sleeves from the outside. The battery may be sealed by a seam-weld 14 surrounding the cover wall and the coolant connection may be screwed to the cover wall from the outside using screws in the threaded sleeves (figure 4). |
