Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a nano-sized zinc molybdate production apparatus and method, and application thereof. The production apparatus comprises a double cone mixer. A lifting machine is provided at a lower end of a discharge outlet of the double cone mixer. The lifting machine is slantly disposed, and a rear end thereof is positioned over a feeding machine. The feeding machine is connected to an end of an electrically heated rotary furnace, and the other end of the electrically heated rotary furnace is connected to a finished product storage. An atomizing nozzle configured to add a nanomaterial dispersant is disposed at a top portion of the finished product storage, and is connected to an injection pump via tubing. The production method comprises using high purity nano-sized molybdenum trioxide and nano-sized zinc oxide in the electrically heated rotary furnace to synthesize nano-sized zinc molybdate. The production method is easy to implement and control, produces zero emission, has a nearly 100% utilization rate of the high purity nano-sized molybdenum trioxide, and can be used in large-scale industrial production. The nano-sized zinc molybdate produced can be used to treat African swine fever virus, coronavirus, AIDS stage 1, Ebola, dengue fever and polio. |
