Zusammenfassung:	This actuator is provided with a bottomed cylindrical outer tube and a cylindrical middle tube sealed at both end portions. One end portion of the middle tube is provided with an armature equipped with coils. The inner circumferential surface of the outer tube is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets facing the coils. The middle tube is formed with a through-hole which is positioned on one end side with respect to a partition member when the outer tube and the middle tube are relatively positioned at the maximum length and through which the inside of the outer tube and the inside of the middle tube are in communication with each other.
