Passenger suite for a vehicle and seating array

A passenger suite (fig.102A),, suitable for a vehicle such as an aircraft or a train, has an adjustable seat 104 with a base (fig.1,108) and back( fig.1,106), which can be put in a stowed configuration (figs.2-6); and a deployable bed 800, separate from the seat, which deploys from a stowed configuration to overlie the stowed seat back (figs.6-10). Preferably the bed folds along a centreline 904, and is deployed by lifting or driving the bed from a position at right angles to a floor of the suite and rotating it to be parallel with the floor when deployed. The suite may have opposing sidewalls 802,804 at least one of which may support the bed when deployed across the full suite width, the bed may also be supported by a surface 114 of an adjacent suites footwell. Also claimed is an ottoman (fig.10,1006) for a passenger suite for a vehicle, which is deployed (figs.10-12) to form an extended sleeping surface (fig.12,1200;fig.15b,1506) in conjunction with a separate bed or a separate adjustable seat (fig.15,1500a) when deployed the ottoman occupies at least a part of an access aisle (fig.13,103;fig15a,1501) separating passenger suites.
