Zusammenfassung:A method of improving a wellbore treatment fluid comprising selecting a target reactive index for the wellbore treatment fluid; calculating a reactive index of the wellbore treatment fluid; adjusting one or more concentrations of a solid particulate in the wellbore treatment fluid and calculating a new reactive index until the new reactive index meets or exceeds a target property. The reactive index may be calculated at a temperature and/or pressure; and/or at a bottom hole circulating temperature. The method may further comprise calculating a cost of the wellbore treatment fluid. A system for generating a wellbore treatment fluid comprising a plurality of solid particulates; and a computer system configured to accept input from a user and generate concentrations of the solid particulates in the wellbore treatment fluid, wherein the computer system is configured to generate the concentrations of the solid particulates based upon a target property. The system may be further configured to improve the wellbore treatment fluid by calculating a reactive index and adjusting a relative amount of each of the solid particulates to meet or exceed the target property. The target reactive index may be defined by a user or automatically selected by the computer system.
