Zusammenfassung:A method for the manufacture assembling of long tubular components via the use of a mandrel wherein the mandrel has perforations and may be magnetically levitated using electromagnetic processes. Preferably, a silicone tube may be inserted over the levitated mandrel, negative air pressure may be applied though the perforations to pull the silicone tube closer to the mandrel; a layer of adhesive may be applied to the tube followed by pulling a fabric tube over such that it is bonded to the layer of adhesive on the silicone tube. The air pressure may be reversed to blow air through the perforations in order to adhere the silicone tube to the fabric tube and heat applied to cure the assembly before removal from the mandrel. This assembly of long tubular form components are not limited to fabric and silicone and can be in other materials such as polymer or wood. Due to the limited outstretched arm span of a human operator, it is necessary to have this assembling done via magnetic levitation and other automated jigs. The newly devised assembly would have a perforated or non-perforated mandrel that is magnetically levitated.
