Zusammenfassung: | A scrubber burner 100 has a preheating burner module 120 equipped with a housing 121 that forms a ring-shaped gas channel 120b. The burner includes a preheating spray ring 125 formed of a porous material, and the preheating burner module includes a preheating guide ring 126 that wraps the outer circumference of the preheating spray ring. The guide ring is equipped with multiple preheating guide holes 126a that penetrate from the outer circumference to the inner circumference of the guide ring, such that in use, fuel gas flows from the ring-shaped gas channel, through the preheating guide ring and the preheating spray ring, into the preheating combustion space 120a. The scrubber burner can also include a main burner module (210 Fig. 6) that sprays main fuel gas to a main combustion space (210a Fig. 6) from an upper part that includes a gas channel (241b Fig. 6) delivering fuel gas to an upper spray panel (251 Fig. 6), for example via a guide panel (252 Fig. 6) with guide holes (252a Fig. 6). The arrangement combusts waste gas more efficiently and can allow flames to be formed at both a side part and at an upper part of the main combustion space. |
