Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a shuttering system 1 comprising a plurality of metal shutter members 2 arranged to be aligned to form a shutter, to form an edge of a body of settable material 3, each shutter member 2 being formed from a sheet of metal having a first side and a second side, the sheet of metal being bent to form a shutter member 2 having a substantially constant longitudinal profile along its length, the longitudinal profile defining: a base portion 6 arranged to, in use, be positioned horizontally on a supporting substrate 4 and anchored to that substrate; at least one wall portion 7, 9, the first side of the wall portion 7,9 being arranged to, in use, retain the body of settable material 3; and a lip 10 extending outwardly to the second side of the wall portion 9 from a top edge of the wall portion 9, wherein: the base portion 6 is located to the first side of the wall portion 9; and the shuttering system further comprising a plurality of brace members 5, each brace member 5 being formed from a sheet of metal bent and/or folded so that it may be positioned substantially orthogonally to a longitudinal direction of a shutter member 2 and to abut at least parts of both the second side of the wall portion and the base portion of the shutter member, to brace member the wall portion against the base portion. A shuttering system in accordance with the present invention may be arranged to be reusable.
